Relax room with tepidariums
Tepidarium located within a relax room, is quiet place with warm tile beds, usually made of some solid material, anatomically designed to adjust the spine position, with legs and head at higher position than in a regular bed.
Tepidarium beds are usually heated to 37-39°C, which is close to body temperature. That way body uses minimal energy because it emanates exactly the same amount of heat as it receives and gets warm but not sweaty.
Warmth has pleasant effect on nervous system and brings organism back into balance.
Originally, tepidarium was made to prepare body before getting into hammam (steam bath) but it can also be used just for relaxation, between two sauna sessions.
It is recommended for all ages and time spent on them is not restricted.
